"Whaddya mean? He’s fine, last I checked." To be fair, the last time he’d seen the Count, he was freaking out because of T-chan’s biting a customer… but this girl didn’t know about that.
"I see. Is this count a good man? Can he be trusted?" The last time that the kitsune had dealt with someone that held the title of a count it was the dreadful human that captured her. "Also, you carry a small scent of blood?"
"Of course he can. He’s probably the only guy you even can trust around here.” T-chan frowned; most people couldn’t even see the creatures around them properly. Humans, while delicious, could be cruel. The Count, though. He was something special. “I do? I guess it’s from the last time I ate.”
"I suppose I’ll take your word for it. My apologies if I offended your count. That wasn’t my intention." Tomoko replied thinking briefly to her encounters with humans. In the course of her life time, she determined them to be terrible or good. The scent of blood reminded her of the time she and her father dined with Oni, which brought a small smile. "Forgive me for not properly introducing myself. I’m Tomoko."
